Description:

  • We are seeking a Full Stack Developer who is skilled in creating elegant user interfaces and architecting efficient, scalable backend services.
  • The role involves working with a modern JavaScript/TypeScript stack, utilizing frameworks such as React (or Next.js) for the front end and Node.js, Express, or Python/Django for the back end.
  • The developer will take full ownership of features throughout the development lifecycle, including database schema design, API implementation, and front-end integration.
  • Active participation in architectural decisions, code reviews, and performance tuning is expected, with a focus on clean code, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Responsibilities include developing and maintaining full-stack features, designing and implementing RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs, building reusable UI components, optimizing database structures, integrating third-party services, implementing CI/CD pipelines, collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting code reviews, and staying updated with emerging technologies.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 3+ years of hands-on experience in building and deploying full-stack web applications.
  • A strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern ES6+ syntax is required.
  • Production experience with React.js (or Next.js) for front-end development is essential.
  • A solid understanding of Node.js and Express.js (or a similar back-end framework) is necessary.
  • Experience in designing and querying relational databases such as PostgreSQL is required.
  • Familiarity with RESTful API architecture and ideally GraphQL is expected.
  • Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, or Context API is needed.
  • A strong command of Git, code branching strategies, and collaborative workflows is essential.
  • Working knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and basic cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Vercel) is required.
  • Excellent debugging, performance optimization, and testing skills are necessary.
  • Candidates should be comfortable working in an agile, async-first, and remote-friendly environment.

Benefits:

  • The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere you feel your best.
  • A flexible schedule is offered, enabling you to structure your day around deep work rather than meetings.
  • The company promotes a supportive, fast-moving culture with no micromanagement or red tape.
  • You will be part of a diverse, global team, collaborating with intelligent individuals from around the world.
