The salary range for this role is $115,000 - $125,000 per year.
The ideal candidate will work on software that connects employees with their benefits offerings, collaborating with diverse teams to enhance user experience and system architecture.
Responsibilities include designing and implementing efficient backend services and APIs, creating clean and efficient code, and taking ownership of features from database to user interface.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 3-5 years of experience in full stack development.
Core skills required include expertise in Angular or React, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS, and Bootstrap for frontend development.
Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, or Node.js/Nest.js for backend development is necessary.
Experience with relational database design and designing, implementing, and documenting RESTful APIs is required.
Candidates should have unit and integration testing capabilities across the stack and experience with Git and Github workflows.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with familiarity with web application security best practices.
A quiet, distraction-free work environment with stable internet is a must.
U.S. citizenship or permanent residency is required due to contractual obligations, and candidates must pass a background check.
Nice-to-have skills include experience with modern frameworks, UI/UX design principles, web accessibility knowledge, performance optimization techniques, Strapi CMS experience, CI/CD implementation experience, and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
