You will primarily work on Spidergap, a SaaS product aimed at supporting employee personal development through feedback and planning.

You will also have opportunities to contribute to AirManual, which helps businesses scale without stress by documenting and automating processes.
The role involves developing and supporting new functionality using TypeScript, NodeJS, and React, following clean code principles and agile processes.

Requirements:

We are looking for someone who shares our company values and possesses the necessary technical talent.

Excellent attention to detail is required, with a focus on delivering high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code.
A minimum of 2 years of JavaScript experience working on production code is necessary.
Experience with SQL, HTML, CSS, and automated testing is required.
Familiarity with front-end libraries in production, such as React or Vue, is essential.
Candidates must be happy to work remotely and enjoy going the extra mile to deliver outstanding work.
A belief in and practice of self-improvement and personal development is important.

Applicants must be located in time zones from UTC -4 (New York) to UTC +6 (Dhaka) and cannot be based in Brazil, France, or UAE.
