Description:

Gravity is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join their team, focusing on building exceptional products that address real customer problems and contribute to reducing carbon emissions.
The role involves significant ownership over projects, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, and receiving support for career growth.

In the first three months, the engineer will lead the development of impactful features from concept to production, partner with Product, Design, and Climate Strategy teams, contribute to planning discussions, learn about customer challenges, and help shape engineering practices.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a mindful and caring approach to addressing customer needs through technology.
Experience in translating business requirements into well-architected systems is required.
Comfort working across the stack, including frontend, backend, and ideally some infrastructure experience with AWS/Terraform, is necessary.
A track record of delivering quality software from 0→1 in small, early team environments is essential.
An eye for design is also a requirement for this position.
