Description:

minware is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to work directly with the founders in building the product from scratch.
The role involves using React, GraphQL, and Next.js to develop the main analytics application.
Responsibilities include independently planning, implementing, and testing features, collaborating with product managers and customers, designing new system components, and managing tech debt reduction.
The ideal candidate should have experience in building and maintaining complex full-stack applications, understanding high-quality code principles, strong communication skills, and proficiency in agile or lean planning.
Familiarity with Postgres, Next.js, Apollo GraphQL, and React is preferred, while knowledge of AWS, Terraform, HTML, CSS, and Figma is a plus.

Requirements:

Experience in building and maintaining complex full-stack applications.
Familiarity with high-quality code principles, continuous integration, declarative and functional programming.
Strong communication skills for interacting with non-technical stakeholders and customers.
Proficiency in agile or lean planning and project management processes.
Preferred experience with Postgres, Next.js, Apollo GraphQL, React, and optional knowledge of AWS, Terraform, HTML, CSS, and Figma.
