CANImmunize is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to enhance their core software platform.

The engineer will contribute to features used by the public and health professionals.
Responsibilities include collaborating with product teams, developing solutions, and ensuring quality completion.
The role involves being on call in a rotation and tackling larger feature implementations as the engineer grows.
CANImmunize is dedicated to transforming public health through innovative digital solutions, with over a decade of experience in digital health innovation.
The company has developed tools like the Canadian Vaccine Catalogue, the CANImmunize App, and solutions for COVID-19 immunization campaigns.
The engineer will help public health organizations run effective immunization programs and empower Canadians in their health decisions.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is required.
Familiarity with the tech stack, including React, NodeJS, and PostgreSQL, is necessary.
Some experience with JavaScript/TypeScript is a must.
Knowledge of relational databases and ORM is required.
Cloud experience, preferably with AWS, is a plus; Azure or GCP is acceptable.
A passion for optimization, particularly with PostgreSQL, is essential.
The candidate must be a team player, comfortable collaborating and communicating across functions.
Adaptability to fast-changing scopes and requirements is necessary.
