Remote Full Stack Engineer

Description:

• Liveblocks is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join their team remotely in Canada, Central Europe, USA, or Timezones UTC-4 to UTC +2.
• The company aims to enable global collaboration by providing tools for seamless collaboration in products.
• As a Full Stack Engineer, you will work on user-facing features using Next.js, Typescript, and Tailwind, improve dashboard performance, and monitor WebSocket infrastructure.
• You will collaborate with customers and the community, contribute to open-source projects, and help build collaborative products like Notion, Figma, and Linear.
• The role requires three years of full stack experience in web development, expertise in developer tools, and experience with Typescript, React, GitHub, Linear, Slack, and Notion.
• Ideal candidates should have a passion for technology, care about code quality, and possess experience in building developer tools and crafting APIs.
• The position is open to candidates within UTC-4 through UTC+2 timezones, with a target start date in June 2024.

Requirements:

• Three years of full stack experience in web development, particularly with developer tools.
• Previous ownership of projects or small project teams with titles like Software or Senior Software Engineer.
• Proficiency in Typescript, React, GitHub, Linear, Slack, and Notion.
• Familiarity with Next.JS, WebSockets, and real-time technologies.
• Ability to work within UTC-4 through UTC+2 timezones.
• Target start date in June 2024.
