The Full Stack Engineer role involves building and growing in a fun work environment while contributing to the company's mission of moving money faster than traditional methods.
The team focuses on simplifying customer integration, managing APIs and documentation, ensuring compliance, mastering payment rails, scaling the platform, and enhancing security.
New hires will familiarize themselves with the company's software development processes, product architecture, and technology stack within the first month.
By three months, engineers will take ownership of moderately complex features, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to process improvements.
Within six months, they will independently handle projects, improve development processes, and participate in technical discussions.
Requirements:
Candidates should possess a deep understanding of programming languages and the ability to turn ideas into reality.
A proactive attitude towards learning and an entrepreneurial mindset are essential.
Familiarity with technologies such as HTML, CSS, TypeScript, React, Go, REST, AWS, Event-Driven Architectures, Terraform, DataDog, CircleCI, and Docker is preferred.
Strong problem-solving abilities and technical expertise are required to handle moderately complex projects.
Effective communication and collaboration skills are necessary to work with team members and stakeholders.

The position offers a location-agnostic premium competitive salary ranging from $135,000 to $160,000.
