Description:

  • The Full Stack Engineer role involves building and growing in a fun work environment while contributing to the company's mission of moving money faster than traditional methods.
  • The team focuses on simplifying customer integration, managing APIs and documentation, ensuring compliance, mastering payment rails, scaling the platform, and enhancing security.
  • New hires will familiarize themselves with the company's software development processes, product architecture, and technology stack within the first month.
  • By three months, engineers will take ownership of moderately complex features, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to process improvements.
  • Within six months, they will independently handle projects, improve development processes, and participate in technical discussions.

Requirements:

  • Candidates should possess a deep understanding of programming languages and the ability to turn ideas into reality.
  • A proactive attitude towards learning and an entrepreneurial mindset are essential.
  • Familiarity with technologies such as HTML, CSS, TypeScript, React, Go, REST, AWS, Event-Driven Architectures, Terraform, DataDog, CircleCI, and Docker is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and technical expertise are required to handle moderately complex projects.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills are necessary to work with team members and stakeholders.

  • The position offers a location-agnostic premium competitive salary ranging from $135,000 to $160,000.
