Requirements:

• Candidates must have 7–10+ years of software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript is an absolute must.
• Solid experience with full-stack development is required, including:
  • Frontend technologies such as React, Redux, TypeScript, and CSS.
  • Backend technologies including Node.js, Express, and Python (Django).
  • Database experience with PostgreSQL.
  • Familiarity with tooling and DevOps practices, including Docker, AWS, CloudWatch, and GitLab.
  • Testing experience with Jest, Enzyme, and Unitest.
• Prior experience working remotely in high-performing teams is essential.
• Candidates should be comfortable working with a high code-quality bar, which includes longer review cycles and clean architecture.
• A self-starter attitude who thrives with autonomy and minimal supervision is necessary.
