Remote Full Stack Engineer

Description:

• As a Full Stack Engineer on the Web team at Cloudflare, you will be responsible for building and maintaining systems for the marketing website, developer docs, blog, and marketing automation.
• You will work on building Cloudflare Workers deployed on the edge network, Node.js, and Golang services to Kubernetes.
• Responsibilities include building tools, frameworks, and libraries to enhance cloudflare.com, optimizing the TypeScript/Gatsby build system, and building Workers in TypeScript.
• You will also review work from peers, lead engineering projects, mentor team members, and represent the team internally and externally through blogging and tech talks.

Requirements:

• More than 2 years of experience in building and managing high-volume software applications, with Golang and Typescript skills being a plus.
• Experience in building, deploying, and operating services.
• Strong bias for action, with a track record of leading small teams to deliver results.
• Proficiency in managing or contributing to build systems for large JavaScript projects and open-source JavaScript tools and frameworks.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, along with curiosity and empathy.
• Deep understanding of web technologies such as web browsers, HTTP, JavaScript, and the DOM.
