  • The role of Full-Stack Engineer involves building out the core data development and annotation collaboration platform.
  • This position interfaces directly with the co-founders and is considered a vital part of the team.
  • The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across the stack and excited to help shape and implement product decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Responsibilities include contributing to product development, working on frontend and backend technologies, collaborating on infrastructure, and refining the product roadmap.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of full-stack development experience, ideally having built products from zero to one.
  • Proficiency with frontend technologies including Next.js (v13+), React, and TypeScript, along with a solid understanding of client/server components in Next.js.
  • Strong backend experience with Node.js, tRPC (or similar), and PostgreSQL, with ORM experience (preferably Drizzle) being a plus.
  • Familiarity with tooling such as monorepo architectures, Docker, and containerization best practices.
  • Bonus skills include experience with AI/ML integrations, particularly OpenAI APIs, knowledge of fine-tuning AI models and data preparation, and previous experience hiring/managing at least one engineer.
