  • The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining both client-side and server-side components for various applications.
  • Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to build and iterate on prototypes, integrating APIs and third-party services, managing databases, participating in architecture discussions, troubleshooting issues, and improving development processes.
  • The position is a contract role for candidates based in Latin America.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 3+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue is required.
  • Experience in back-end development with Python is necessary.
  • Familiarity with both SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) database technologies is essential.
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs and WebSockets is required.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative workflows is necessary.
  • Proficiency in deploying and managing applications on AWS is required.
  • Strong command of containerization tools (e.g., Docker) is necessary.
  • Candidates should be able to write both disposable and well-documented code.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential.
  • The ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with non-technical teammates is required.
