Description:

  • As a Full Stack Engineer on the Marketing Engineering team at Cloudflare, you will be responsible for building and maintaining systems for the marketing website, blog, and marketing preferences.
  • You will work on building Cloudflare Workers deployed on the edge network, Node.js, and Golang services to Kubernetes.
  • Your role will involve optimizing the TypeScript/Gatsby/Astro build system, building Workers in TypeScript, and developing services and tooling in TypeScript, AstroJS, and Golang.
  • You will review work from peers, contribute to engineering projects, and collaborate with team members to enhance their work.

Requirements:

  • More than 2 years of experience in building and managing high volume software applications, with Golang and Typescript knowledge being a plus.
  • Experience in building, deploying, and operating services.
  • Strong bias for action, with a track record of contributing to small teams that deliver results.
  • Experience in contributing to build systems for large JavaScript projects.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on curiosity and empathy.
  • Deep understanding of web technologies such as web browsers, HTTP, JavaScript, and the DOM.
