New hires will familiarize themselves with the company's software development processes, product architecture, and technology stack within the first month.
By three months, engineers will take ownership of moderately complex features, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to process improvements.
Within six months, they will independently handle projects, improve development processes, and participate in technical discussions.
Technologies used include HTML, CSS, TypeScript, React, Go, REST, AWS services, Event-Driven Architectures, Terraform, DataDog, CircleCI, and Docker.
