Description:

We are seeking a proactive full-stack engineer to join a growing investment firm as their first technical hire.
You will work directly with the founder to build automated internal systems that drive business decisions.
This role offers the opportunity to establish technical foundations across multiple domains.
The position is full-time, with a schedule from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST.
The salary ranges from $5,500 to $6,000 per month.
This is a remote position.

Requirements:

You must have at least 3 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist.
You should be a self-directed builder who takes complete ownership of projects from conception to deployment.
You need to learn and implement new technologies independently and drive technical decisions with minimal oversight.
Creating comprehensive documentation proactively is essential.
You must excel in TypeScript/JavaScript and Python development.
Building efficient database solutions and implementing cloud-based infrastructure is required.
You should be able to create robust automated systems.
As a systems architect, you will design scalable data collection pipelines and build secure automation workflows.
Creating reliable monitoring solutions and optimizing for performance and maintainability is necessary.
You should be a collaborative self-starter who thrives in fluid environments and balances autonomy with communication.
Establishing technical best practices and driving continuous improvement is expected.
