Requirements:

A BS/MS in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or an equivalent computational science degree is required.
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in SaaS backend engineering, specifically with Node.js, Typescript, and/or Python, and experience with a Github and Terraform-based CI/CD deployment system.
The position requires technical lead capability, along with a collaborative and mentoring mindset.
Experience in building end-to-end capabilities and working with microservices is essential.
Candidates should demonstrate drive and ambition to take ownership of their work.
A polyglot engineer mindset is preferred, with deep expertise in backend development and front-end skills, along with a willingness to explore unfamiliar areas.
Strong preference will be given to candidates based in the Pacific, Mountain, and Central time zones.

The base salary for this position ranges from $150k to $200k, in addition to equity compensation.
