Description:

The Full Stack Engineer position at Rise Up involves contributing to designing, implementing, developing, and scaling major functionalities and user-facing features.
The role includes owning the full cycle development process, adhering to coding best practices, clean code principles, documentation, tests, and code reviews.
As a Full Stack Engineer, you will actively participate in company scrum rituals and ceremonies, sharing information with the Lead Developer and Product Owner regarding delays and issues.
It is essential to develop and maintain a thorough knowledge and understanding of the product.

Requirements:

Hard skills required for this position include experience with PHP development on a Production application using Laravel or Symfony.
Candidates should have experience with at least one modern JavaScript Framework such as Vue.js, React, Angular, or Svelte.
Knowledge of SQL, including writing and optimizing queries, is necessary.
Problem-solving skills in a simple, neat, and organized manner are essential.
Proficiency in spoken and written English is a must.

Soft skills required:

Critical thinking abilities to challenge product team specifications and architecture design.
Good interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, especially in a remote work setting.
Proactivity, anticipation, team spirit, and curiosity are valued traits.

Nice to have:

Experience in a SAAS B2B environment is a plus.
Knowledge of infrastructures like CI/CD, DevOps, and technology watch is beneficial.
