The company is looking for Full-Stack Engineers to join their growing Platform team.
Full-Stack Engineers will report to the VP of Engineering and collaborate with Product Managers on system designs.
Responsibilities include designing, architecting, and building scalable solutions, ensuring integration with healthcare claims and logistics systems, shipping and testing code, mentoring junior engineers, and participating in long-term planning.
Requirements:
Candidates should have 5-7 years of experience building on complex systems, with experience in healthcare, claims, revenue cycle management, or logistics being a significant plus.
Experience in designing and architecting systems from scratch is required, along with the ability to see the full picture of technical solutions.
Candidates must be solutions-oriented, capable of breaking down abstract problems and executing solutions.
A strong understanding of the relationship between product and engineering is necessary, along with the ability to advocate for solutions that benefit both sides.
Experience working at a growing company (Series A or B preferred) is desired, where engineers influence platform decisions.
Technical flexibility is important, with the ability to adapt to various languages and frameworks beyond just SQL and Java; experience with legacy data systems is a plus.
Candidates should have experience mentoring junior engineers or be excited to start mentoring.
