Description:
Acryl Data is seeking a seasoned Full Stack Engineering Lead to architect and drive the development of their high-performance, consumer-grade data platform.

Responsibilities include architecting and developing high-performance web applications, mentoring a team of engineers, driving technical decisions, collaborating with product and design teams, establishing performance metrics, and leading code reviews.

Requirements:
Candidates must have 8+ years of full-stack engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role.

Deep expertise in React, TypeScript, a JS testing framework (such as Cypress, Enzyme, or React-Testing), and modern frontend architecture patterns is necessary.
Strong experience with performance optimization techniques, including code splitting, lazy loading, and state management is essential.
Expertise in GraphQL and frameworks like Apollo, with experience in optimizing query performance and caching strategies is required.
Candidates should have experience with real-time data visualization and complex UI interactions.
A strong background in building and maintaining microservices architecture is necessary.
A track record of leading architectural decisions and technical initiatives is required.
Experience mentoring engineers and driving technical excellence within teams is essential.
Familiarity with tools in the modern data and ML ecosystem is preferred.
