Description:

  • Join the Native Ads team in Spotify's Music Promotion Engineering organization within the Music Mission to build products for creators to promote their work and connect with fans.
  • Develop backend services and frontend tools to provide campaign forecasting outcomes, budget recommendations, and targeting optimization to artists, labels, and sales teams.
  • Impact the music industry by bringing promotional music experiences to Spotify's 350+ million active users.
  • Collaborate in multi-functional agile teams to experiment, iterate, and deliver new product objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Java for backend services and experienced with modern web technologies like Javascript, React, and TypeScript.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality code and care about software architecture across frontend, backend, and APIs.
  • Previous experience in a product-driven environment and value collaboration within and across teams.
  • Understanding of the tradeoff between technical complexity and simpler solutions to meet product requirements.
  • Open-minded and adaptable to changes with an optimistic approach.
