Remote Full Stack Engineer

• DoraHacks is a global hackathon organizer and a leading developer incentive platform focused on blockchain, quantum computing, and space tech.
• The company aims to create a global hacker movement and provides various toolkits for developers to collaborate and fund their ideas through hackathons, bounties, grants, idea networks, and developer games.
• The Full Stack Engineer will be responsible for daily product development, including both frontend and backend tasks.
• The role requires understanding how smart contracts work and engaging in Dapp development.
• The engineer must deeply understand product logic and user needs, and communicate effectively with the growth, design, and development teams on a daily basis.
• The position involves forming positive solutions, writing test cases, creating system documentation, and fixing bugs in real-time.

Requirements:

• Candidates must be fluent in Mandarin for verbal communication, although writing skills are not required.
• Proficiency in frontend development using the Vue framework is necessary.
• Experience with backend development using Express or Django is required.
• Knowledge of databases, specifically MySQL and MongoDB, is essential.
• Familiarity with code collaboration tools such as GitLab and Sentry is needed.
• Experience with cloud providers, particularly AWS, is required.
• Candidates should be proficient in programming languages, with a preference for JavaScript/TypeScript, followed by Python and Go.
• AI experience is a plus, with familiarity in AI/ML concepts and tools to enhance product functionality and improve development processes.
