Remote Full Stack Engineer

Description:

• RYZ Labs is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join their early-stage team focused on reducing the administrative burden on small healthcare providers.
• The role involves designing, building, and scaling an AI-driven medical coding platform.
• Responsibilities include crafting front-end experiences, developing secure backend APIs, and creating data models.
• The position allows for defining technical architecture, shaping the product roadmap, and collaborating with the CTO on strategic engineering decisions.
• The engineer will work in a fast-paced, remote environment and will be involved in various aspects of the development process.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 5+ years of full-stack software development experience in a production environment using typed languages such as Typescript, Go, C#, or Java.
• Proficiency with modern frontend frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js, and backend technologies such as Node.js or NestJS is required.
• Experience in designing and working with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL, is necessary.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines is essential.
• A strong understanding of web application architecture, RESTful API design, and performance optimization is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for coordinating across teams in a remote setting.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are required.
• Healthcare domain knowledge or experience with HIPAA-compliant systems is a bonus but not mandatory.
