Description:

Loadsmart is a growth-stage start-up technology company valued at over $1 billion, seeking an entry-level Full Stack Engineer.
The position is remote and can be done from anywhere in Brazil.
The role involves collaborating with Product Managers, Designers, and other Software Engineers to design and develop product functionalities.
Responsibilities include working on the entire lifecycle of products and features, from conception to maintenance.
The engineer will build modern, efficient, modular, and tested user interfaces using React.
The role also includes building scalable backend solutions using Python and Django.
The candidate will learn and discuss good practices for software development and be open to feedback from experienced developers.
Participation in technical discussions within and outside the team is expected.

Requirements:

The candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in software development, preferably in web development.
Comfort with the English language on a daily basis is required.
The candidate should be curious and eager to learn new technologies and tools, evaluating their pros and cons.
A self-starter attitude, innovation, result-focused mindset, and team-oriented approach are essential.
The candidate should be passionate about delivering impact and understanding business needs.
