Remote Full-Stack Engineer

Description:

• Deel is seeking a Full-Stack Engineer to join their global team dedicated to helping businesses hire talent from anywhere in the world.
• The role involves being part of a cross-functional team that includes Backend Engineers, Frontend Engineers, Product Teams, Designers, and QA’s.
• Responsibilities include participating in product planning from discovery to deployment, collaborating to develop new features and improve existing products, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
• The engineer will fully own the development of features on the client, server, service, and database.
• The position requires developing high-quality, responsive web applications using TypeScript, Javascript, React, and Express, with experience in NestJS, Vite, and Next.js being a plus.
• The engineer will design and implement server-side APIs, data models, and business logic, create client-side React components, optimize database schemas, and perform thorough testing and debugging.
• Staying updated with web development trends and participating in code reviews are also key responsibilities.
• The ideal candidate will communicate project progress effectively and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, particularly with TypeScript development.
• Expertise in designing, coding, testing, and maintaining applications using the specified technologies.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, remote-first work culture and take ownership of projects while excelling in a team setting.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex ideas and collaborate with diverse teams.
