The company is developing a real-time generative animation AI that runs locally on devices, enabling dynamic movement based on audio input and environmental constraints.
The Full Stack Engineer will design and build the backend for this AI-driven animation technology.
The technology stack includes TypeScript, Node.js, and Cloudflare Workers, but candidates with strong backend experience in Python, Go, or other modern languages are also welcome.
Responsibilities include architecting and building a scalable backend, optimizing databases for real-time data processing, maintaining APIs and real-time communication layers, and ensuring the security and reliability of the backend system.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in software development.
Proven experience in building and scaling systems from the ground up is required.
Strong skills in TypeScript and Node.js, or experience with Python, Go, or other modern languages are necessary.
Solid experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL, Cloudflare KV, or similar) and designing efficient data storage solutions is essential.
Experience with real-time data processing, such as WebSockets and event-driven architectures, is required.
Candidates should possess an ownership mindset, taking initiative and driving projects forward independently.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously are necessary.
Clear communication skills are essential for simplifying complex problems and collaborating effectively.
