Description:

Join an expert annotation team to create training data for advanced AI models.
No previous AI experience is necessary; this role is ideal for JavaScript/React developers with 3+ years of experience.
Responsibilities include evaluating the quality of AI-generated code and providing human-readable summaries of your rationale.
Build and evaluate React components, hooks, and modern JavaScript solutions.
Solve coding problems and write functional and efficient JavaScript/React code.
Write robust test cases to ensure code efficiency and effectiveness.
Create instructions to assist others and review code before it is integrated into the model.
Engage in various projects, from evaluating code snippets to developing full mobile applications using chatbots.
Compensation rates average at $30/hr and can exceed $50/hr, with expectations of 15+ hours per week.
This is a long-term contract with no end date, with work expected for the next 2 years.
Developers can set their own hours, with flexibility to adapt to project urgency.

Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a software engineering or software development role is required.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript/React and frontend development is essential.
Complete fluency in the English language is mandatory.
Ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and engagingly is necessary.
Excellent attention to detail and consistency in writing, with a solid understanding of grammar, punctuation, and style guidelines is required.
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science is a plus.
Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries (Next.js, Vue, Angular) is preferred.
Familiarity with frontend testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress) is advantageous.
Knowledge of state management solutions (Redux, Context API, MobX) is beneficial.
Experience with TypeScript and modern frontend tooling is a plus.
Recognized accomplishments or contributions to the coding community or projects are desirable.
Proven analytical skills and creative problem-solving abilities are important.
Strong communication skills, especially in understanding and discussing project requirements, are necessary.
A commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with coding advancements is preferred.
Enthusiasm for teaching AI models and experience with technical writing is a plus.
