Remote Full Stack Engineer, Identity & Onboarding

Description:

• The Full Stack Engineer will be part of the Identity and Onboarding team at One, focusing on optimizing the onboarding funnel to ensure high approval rates and minimal drop-off.
• Responsibilities include collaborating with other engineers to deliver full stack solutions, building and maintaining documentation, and solving complex problems related to real-world money movement and financial data security.
• The team's efforts in scaling existing channels, adding new ones, and refining the authentication platform are crucial for enhancing customer satisfaction and reducing operational costs.
• The role aligns directly with One's mission of providing seamless user experiences and financial progress for customers.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a Full Stack software engineering role.
• Deep understanding of distributed system design patterns and hands-on experience in developing Internet applications.
• Experience managing applications in a production environment supporting high availability, resilience, and low latency at scale.
• Passion for quality in code, communication, and culture, with a desire to keep growing skills and learn quickly.
