Description:

  • The Engineering team collaborates closely with Product Management and Design to enhance healthcare experiences for members and clinicians.
  • The healthcare app includes features such as personalized Provider matching, 24/7 Telemedicine+, expert opinions on diagnoses and treatment plans, and medical claims advocacy.
  • The mission is to deliver healthy outcomes for members by engaging them with medical and behavioral health practices through Telemedicine.
  • The Software Engineer will join the Specialty Care Engineering team to build products in a fast, accessible, and intuitive manner.
  • Responsibilities include partnering with Product and Design teams on application design, user experience, developer workflows, deployment strategies, and testing of applications.

Requirements:

  • Candidates should have significant professional experience in building and maintaining consumer-grade web applications, with a suggested minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • A solid understanding of full-stack web development, including modern frontend frameworks, APIs, and backend services, is required.
  • Candidates should prioritize impact over progress and demonstrate a strong ability to solve problems using first-principles thinking.
  • A self-starter attitude and a strong desire for professional growth are essential.
  • Strong communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration.
