Description:

  • The Full Stack Engineer III, Integrations position at Calendly involves working on key integrations that customers interact with daily.
  • The role includes building composable services with TypeScript (Node), Ruby (Rails), Go, and/or Python.
  • Responsibilities also include collaborating within the team to plan and develop new features, reviewing and incorporating feedback on Implementation Plans and pull requests, and developing RESTful and event-driven APIs.
  • The engineer will work on scaling the platform and architecture, participate in an on-call rotation, and share knowledge with team members.
  • The position offers the opportunity to work with technologies such as Rails, NodeJS, TypeScript, React, Golang, PostgreSQL, and Redis.
  • The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of Software Development experience, experience with Service Oriented Architectures (SOA), integrations or developer platforms, and a drive to craft readable, reliable, and maintainable code.
  • Availability for participation in an on-call rotation and authorization to work lawfully in the United States of America are required.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Software Development experience.
  • Experience with Service Oriented Architectures (SOA) (microservices).
  • Experience with integrations or developer platforms.
  • Previous experience surviving a Monolith to Services architectural rebuild is preferred.
  • A drive to craft readable, reliable, and maintainable code.
  • Availability for participation in on-call rotation, ensuring prompt and effective responses to business-critical alerts outside of regular working hours.
  • Authorized to work lawfully in the United States of America as Calendly does not engage in immigration sponsorship at this time.
