Requirements:

• You must have 5-7 years of professional experience as a software engineer in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Webflow and full-stack technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js) and backend technologies (like AWS, NodeJS, Databases) is required.
• A demonstrated passion for consulting, improving, good conflict resolution, and criteria is necessary.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Positive recommendations from previous managers and teammates are required.
• A strong understanding of software development at scale and a product mindset is needed.
• A college education is a plus.
• You must be able to work in the EST timezone.
• Nice-to-have skills include proficiency with NextJS and AWS, experience with internationalization and localization, and experience working in a startup environment.
