Description:

Ninacare is seeking a passionate and innovative Full Stack Developer to join their dynamic team and potentially become their future CTO. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in MySQL, PHP (Laravel), and React.
Responsibilities include developing and maintaining full stack web applications using PHP (Laravel), React, and MySQL.
Collaborating with the design team to implement modern and responsive user interfaces using Inertia.js.
Contributing to all stages of the software development lifecycle, from conception to deployment.
Optimizing applications for speed and scalability.
Troubleshooting and debugging applications.
Maintaining code quality, organization, and automation.
Ability to intervene at the system level for DNS configuration and/or server where the sites are hosted (netsons).

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
At least 3 years of work experience as a Full Stack developer.
In-depth knowledge of PHP (Laravel), MySQL, and React.
Experience with Inertia.js.
Ability to write clean and well-documented code.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
High personal motivation; bright, dynamic, proactive individual with strong relational skills.
