Front is seeking a Full-Stack Engineer to join the Insights team, responsible for enhancing the Analytics feature set of the product.
The role involves collaborating with product managers, designers, and engineers to transform specifications into analytics features.
The engineer will deliver valuable insights to customers regarding their teams and business performance.
Responsibilities include evolving the user interface to improve data visualization and scaling the data ingestion engine to accommodate a growing customer base.
The team focuses on creating a beautiful, clear, and intuitive UI to present data effectively.

Requirements:

Candidates must be product-minded and committed to building the best user experience.
A minimum of 2 years of industry experience as a software engineer is required, ideally with experience in complex software systems.
Fullstack experience is necessary, with familiarity in both frontend and backend technologies.
Exposure to modern web technologies such as Node.js ES6, TypeScript, and React is preferred, along with a willingness to learn new technologies.
Applicants should understand the trade-offs between different engineering solutions and value pragmatism over idealism.

Full professional proficiency in English is required.
