Atimi is seeking an experienced full-stack software developer for a fully remote position in Canada, with EST working hours.

Responsibilities include proactive collaboration within the project team, ensuring code quality and governance, and guiding the team through the development lifecycle.
The role involves planning, estimating, and contributing to architecture, coding, and development, as well as refactoring and continuous improvements of codebases.
The candidate will communicate technical decisions thoroughly to the global team and take responsibility for releases while contributing to the ongoing support of live applications.
Involvement in deployment and operation of software (DevOps) is expected, along with delivering fair outcomes for customers while maintaining professionalism.

Requirements:

Candidates must have strong experience with React (4+ years) and TypeScript development (6+ years).
A minimum of 3 years of development experience with Java is required.
Experience with AWS development (Lambda, S3, SNS, SQS, IAM) is necessary.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, SQL, and NoSQL is expected.
Strong object-oriented design (OOD) skills and knowledge of design principles, patterns, and best practices are essential.
Candidates should have experience working directly with clients and project stakeholders to define and refine requirements.
Familiarity with using and/or configuring CI/CD pipelines is required.
Experience in building scalable software services, such as serverless and microservices, is necessary.
Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal) are required.
The position is open to anyone located in Canada, but relocation support is not provided.
