Description:

  • One is on a mission to help customers achieve financial progress by creating simple solutions for saving, spending, borrowing, and growing money in one place.
  • The Full Stack Engineer will work on the One@Work team, responsible for employer benefit features like Instapay, savings, and budgeting.
  • The role involves collaborating with other engineers to ship code and solve complex problems related to real-world money movement and sensitive financial data.
  • Building and maintaining documentation is essential for the success of the growing remote organization.
  • The engineer will create simple and beautiful experiences for users' daily interactions with their money.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 2+ years of professional experience in building, shipping, and growing non-trivial products and services.
  • A passion for the craft and a commitment to quality in code, communication, and culture is required.
  • An act-like-an-owner mentality and a bias toward taking action are essential.
  • A desire for continuous skill growth and the ability to learn quickly are important traits.
  • Candidates should embody the Triple H Factor: Hungry, Humble, Honest.
  • Familiarity with functional programming concepts is preferred, but experience with specific tools like fp-ts, Node/TypeScript, Kubernetes, and AWS is not mandatory.
