Aircall is seeking a passionate Software Engineer to join their Engineering Team, specifically within the Conversation AI team.
The team focuses on enhancing interactions between businesses and customers by creating smart tools that allow agents to concentrate on human conversation.
Responsibilities include participating in requirements analysis, contributing to design and architecture, writing clean scalable code, and debugging.
The role involves delivering high-quality, secure voice solutions, optimizing product and platform performance, and participating in an on-call rotation for system reliability.

Requirements:

Candidates must have at least 4+ years of experience in backend development with Typescript/Node.js, focusing on security, scalability, availability, and performance.
A minimum of 1+ years of experience in frontend applications, preferably with React, is a plus.
Experience with distributed systems, microservices, or serverless architectures is required.
Candidates should have extensive experience with AWS in a production environment and understand how to design and deploy effectively on AWS.
A strong emphasis on security in all aspects of work is essential.
