Description:
The Full Stack Software Engineer will work in the Guide organization, which aims to simplify healthcare navigation for members.
The role involves transforming how members interact with healthcare in Provider Choice by building products that provide fast and accurate answers to healthcare questions.
The engineer will report to the Manager of Engineering and will help scale care delivery while enhancing the member experience.
Responsibilities include collaborating with product managers, contributing across the full stack of web technologies, designing and implementing systems for seamless data flow, resolving technical issues, and addressing technical debt.
The engineer will also contribute to technical decisions and champion software engineering best practices.
Requirements:
Candidates must have experience delivering scalable, reliable, high-quality user experiences.
Hands-on experience with full stack development is required.
A minimum of 3 years of experience creating and maintaining APIs (REST, GraphQL) is necessary.
Familiarity with technologies such as React, Go, GraphQL, Docker, or AWS is a bonus.
Physical and cognitive requirements include regular attendance, capability to remain seated for prolonged periods, and the ability to operate office equipment.
