Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in developing complex software solutions using Python and either Java/Kotlin or TypeScript.
Proven expertise in ML/AI, demonstrated through professional experience or substantial personal projects.
Experience in developing complex production applications used by thousands or millions of users.
Strong computer science background, including algorithms and data structures, with a solid understanding of modern architecture and design principles.
Deep understanding of enterprise software development processes and the ability to formalize typical SDLC tasks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with skills in troubleshooting and debugging complex issues.
Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment, with excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions on time.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies, with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
Ability to work in dynamic, fast-changing environments or experience in start-ups.
Prior experience in creating developer tools, particularly for Visual Studio and JetBrains add-ins, is highly advantageous.
