We are seeking an experienced Java Technical Lead / Full-stack Developer to design, develop, and deliver high-quality IT solutions.

Requirements:

Perform requirement analyses to ensure clarity and feasibility.
Develop high-quality, detailed designs for software solutions.
Conduct unit testing using automated frameworks to ensure robust code.
Identify risks and devise mitigation plans to ensure smooth project delivery.
Configure, develop, and enhance your own work while providing feedback on others’ work.
Review code, conduct peer reviews, and maintain high coding standards.
Implement and promote best practices for software development.
Must have programming languages: Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
Must have frameworks & libraries: jQuery, Bootstrap, Spring Boot.
Must have familiarity with various design patterns.
Must have experience with JSP (JavaServer Pages).
Must have database management skills with MySQL.
Proven experience as a Software Engineer and Technical Lead is required.
Strong coding skills with proficiency in Linux and AWS are necessary.
Hands-on experience with UI/UX design is essential.
Excellent understanding of software quality assurance principles is required.
A technical mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills is necessary.
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
Nice-to-have skills include experience with large-scale SaaS applications and multi-tenancy architectures.
Familiarity with Big Data technologies and data integration solutions is a plus.
Knowledge of risk identification and mitigation strategies is beneficial.

The position is remote, allowing for flexibility in work location.
The shift timing is aligned with U.K. hours (01:30 PM IST - 10:30 PM IST), providing a structured work schedule.
