Description:
The Full Stack Engineer will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and fully implementing new functionalities on both the front-end and back-end.
This role includes dealing with bugs that need to be fixed.
The individual will work as part of a cross-functional team and report to the CTO.
Participation in agile project management is required, including daily standups and weekly planning sessions.
Responsibilities include estimating new features, analyzing requirements, and designing solutions that require approval.
The engineer will manage implementation within the designated time frame for both front-end and back-end technologies.
The role also involves evaluating, researching, and providing bug fixes.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a technical discipline, or equivalent experience in an IT-related field is required.
A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Full Stack Engineer or in a similar position is necessary, with proficiency in Java 8 or greater, JavaScript/NodeJS, MongoDB, Git, and Maven.
Experience in defining overall systems architecture, implementations, integrations, security, and deployments is essential.
Familiarity with automation, including CI/CD pipelines and test/build automation, is required.
The candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, including a passion for being technically hands-on and contributing valuable coding and architecture opinions.
An excitement for complex algorithms and distributed programming is important.
The ability to deliver quickly with excellent outcomes is necessary.
A can-do attitude, being a good team player, and eagerness for challenges and learning new things are essential traits.
Professionalism and commitment to work are required.
Excellent oral and written English skills are mandatory.
