The position is for a Full-Stack Developer who will design and develop robust internal tools using low-code platforms such as Retool, n8n, Superblocks, or similar.
Responsibilities include building and maintaining backend services and APIs that integrate with internal and third-party systems.
The developer will implement workflow automation and system orchestration via platforms like n8n or custom scripts.
The role involves evaluating and extending platform functionality with custom code where needed, using JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, etc.
Collaboration with product, design, and operations teams is essential to translate business needs into technical solutions.
The developer must maintain high standards for code quality, test coverage, and observability.
Participation in architecture discussions and contribution to technical strategy is also expected.

Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript, along with working experience with Node.js, is required.
Candidates must have experience designing, building, and maintaining RESTful APIs or GraphQL services.
Hands-on experience with at least one low-code platform, such as Retool, Appsmith, or Superblocks, is necessary.
Experience with workflow automation using tools like n8n, Zapier, Temporal, or custom schedulers is required.
Familiarity with common cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and DevOps practices (CI/CD, containerization) is essential.
The ability to write clean, maintainable code and conduct code reviews for peers is a must.
