Remote Full-stack Laravel PHP Developer

Description:

• The Full-stack Laravel PHP Developer position at Vestd involves working with the engineering and design team to build new features and enhance existing ones.
• The developer will be responsible for proactive management and improvements of the existing codebase, reviewing error logs, and providing support and guidance to team members.
• The role requires experience working with Laravel in a corporate environment, product development teams, large or complex applications, and international companies.
• The developer must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, work independently and within a team, prioritize work effectively, and create testable, user-friendly code.
• Desired skills include experience with large datasets, AWS services, configuration as code, and tools like Jira, Miro, and Figma.

Requirements:

• 5 or more years of experience working with Laravel.
• Recent experience working with Laravel in a corporate environment.
• Experience working within a product development team.
• Experience working with very large or complex applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team, and prioritize work accordingly.
• Desire to create testable, easy-to-use code.
• Experience working with Github or other git-based version control systems.
• Experience working for an international company.
• Desired: Experience working with large and complex datasets, AWS services, configuration as code, and tools like Jira, Miro, and Figma.
