An international company, established in 2009, is seeking a Full Stack Lead Engineer for a Code Review Project.
The company is known for creating the #1 OS for web-hosting providers, with products used by major companies like Dell, GoDaddy, IBM, and Zoom.
The role involves contributing to a rapidly growing product that utilizes AI to automate code reviews and enhance code quality across various development teams.
This position is fully remote with flexible working hours in European time zones (up to GMT+4).
Responsibilities include developing and implementing a code review system for multiple programming languages, using advanced code analysis techniques to identify bugs, style issues, and security vulnerabilities.
The engineer will customize the tool to meet specific team needs and integrate it with CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub, GitLab, and Jenkins.
Collaboration with DevOps is essential for smooth deployment and maintenance.
The role also involves defining and enforcing code review standards, providing feedback on pull requests, automating repetitive checks, gathering stakeholder feedback, and researching emerging tools and techniques to enhance the review process.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in developing code review and static analysis tools.
Proficiency in Python, AST parsing, and CI/CD tools (GitLab, GitHub, Jenkins) is required.
Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis is necessary.
The ability to integrate tools into DevOps workflows is essential.
A deep understanding of code review principles, including security, performance, and style, is required.
Experience working in Agile teams is preferred.
Good English communication skills are necessary for effective team collaboration.
The position offers a long-term B2B contract.
