Description:

Workana is the largest remote work platform for talents in Latin America, offering a new segment called Workana Premium that matches exceptional professionals with leading companies globally.
The position is for a Full Stack Low Code Developer at Yokeru, a fast-growing SaaS company that uses AI voice technology to assist vulnerable individuals through proactive outreach.
This is a part-time role requiring 15 hours of work per week, with the potential to transition into a full-time position.
The developer will work directly with the founder to take technical ownership of Yokeru’s platform, improve scalability, and quickly ship features.
Responsibilities include leading the development and maintenance of the platform built on Bubble and AWS, optimizing APIs and AI integrations, improving infrastructure reliability, collaborating on product roadmap and UX improvements, contributing to strategic technical decisions, and writing clean, reliable code.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 3–5+ years of full-stack development experience.
Hands-on experience with Bubble or other low-code platforms is required.
A strong understanding of APIs, backend logic, and automation is necessary.
Familiarity with AI tools and integration concepts is essential.
Candidates should have the ability to quickly learn new technologies and take initiative.
Excellent English communication skills and comfort with remote asynchronous work are required.
Applicants must be based in Latin America and available to work during US business hours.

Compensation will be provided in USD.
