Description:

The position is for a Flutter Full Stack Mobile Engineer responsible for building and maintaining a high-performance mobile app using Flutter and Firebase.
You will implement UI based on Figma designs and manage backend services with Firebase, including Firestore, Auth, and Cloud Functions.
The role involves contributing across the full development cycle, from feature development to deployment and maintenance.
You will own the Flutter mobile app end to end, ensuring a sleek, responsive UI aligned with the platform’s design vision.
The role requires collaboration with product and design teams to iterate quickly on user-facing features.
You will manage all Firebase services, optimize database structure and queries, and implement secure serverless functions.
The position includes maintaining a clean codebase with proper version control and CI/CD pipelines, leading debugging, and ensuring stable releases to iOS and Android.
You will collaborate with stakeholders to align on priorities and translate feature ideas into actionable development plans.

Requirements:

You must have 3+ years of professional experience in the Flutter and Firebase stack.
A strong understanding of asynchronous Dart programming, widget lifecycle, and state management (e.g., Bloc, Riverpod) is required.
Hands-on experience with Firebase services, including Firestore, Functions, Auth, and Cloud Storage, is essential.
You should have clean, maintainable, and modular coding habits.
A startup-minded attitude is necessary, being comfortable with ambiguity and fast iteration cycles.
Excellent communication and remote collaboration skills are required.
Nice-to-have qualifications include prior experience in social apps, eCommerce, or creator tools, a background in UI/UX design, familiarity with App Store and Play Store deployment, and experience integrating third-party APIs.
