As a Fullstack Node.js Developer, you will join the engineering team to help bring the product vision to life.
This is a hands-on technical role focused on building scalable, high-quality features across the platform.
You will collaborate closely with other developers, product owners, and designers to deliver impactful solutions that empower users and drive business growth.
Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining scalable product features, writing clean and maintainable code with a focus on backend logic (Node.js), and collaborating with teammates from engineering, product, and design.
You will work with APIs, databases, and modern web frameworks, participate in code reviews, pair programming, and continuous improvement, and deploy and monitor your code in production environments.
Continuous learning, sharing knowledge, and supporting team growth are also key aspects of the role.

Requirements:

You must have 3+ years of experience in backend development with Node.js.
Experience with frontend development using React.js, Next.js, and Vue.js is required.
You should have experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
A collaborative spirit and clear communication skills are essential, especially for remote teamwork.
A problem-solving mindset and eagerness to keep learning are necessary.
Advanced English proficiency is required.
You must be based in Latin America.
