Description:
Softermii is an outsourcing/outstaffing company with over 8 years of experience in web and mobile application development.
The company has a team of more than 120 specialists from 6 countries and has successfully navigated challenges such as the COVID-19 pandemic and war aggression against Ukraine.
Softermii is expanding its portfolio in various areas including healthcare, real estate, livestream e-commerce, fintech, and real-time communications.
The company is looking for a Full Stack React/React Native/Node.js Engineer to join their team as part of a team extension.
Responsibilities include onboarding with the team, learning to bring value, and collaborating with stakeholders.
The team consists of 4 full-stack developers, 2 QA, 2 DevOps, a Tech lead, and a CTO.
Tools used include Jira, Confluence, Git, and Figma.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
Proven experience in developing and maintaining full-stack applications using React, React Native, and Node.js is required.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SQL databases is necessary.
Candidates should be able to navigate and enhance both well-written and legacy codebases.
Proficiency in implementing and recommending improvements based on Object-Oriented Programming patterns and best practices is expected.
Experience in collaborating effectively with both technical and managerial stakeholders is essential.
Candidates should be able to provide proactive consultancy by offering ideas and suggestions for system and process improvements.
Skill in identifying edge cases, gaps, and potential issues in code implementations is required.
Experience in participating in code reviews and contributing to maintaining high code quality standards is necessary.
Demonstrated experience with Open Source projects is required.
Experience with Prisma ORM is a plus.
