Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have 4+ years of professional software development experience.
Proficiency in React and Ruby On Rails is essential.
Advanced English proficiency is a requirement.
Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams is necessary.
A four-year college degree is mandatory.
The ability to take ownership of work, align with client goals, and consistently work 40 hours per week is expected.
