Description:
Brightline is seeking a Senior/Staff Full Stack Ruby on Rails Software Engineer to join their team on a full-time basis.
The company focuses on providing virtual behavioral and mental health care to families.

Requirements:
Candidates must have professional experience developing software with Ruby on Rails.

Thoughtfulness and empathy in decision-making, execution, communication, and collaboration are crucial.
Interest in improving infrastructure and monitoring for web and native apps, as well as databases, is required.
Experience with frontend development, particularly using Hotwire, is preferred.
Interest in working on native mobile apps built with Hotwire Native is a plus.

The compensation philosophy is based on fair, equitable, competitive, geo-based compensation, with a salary range for Colorado applicants between $123K to $150K and for New York City Metro applicants between $135K to $185K.
