Description:
Outliant, a US-based digital product development and startup consulting company, is seeking a Full-Stack Ruby on Rails/React Engineer to join their remote team.
The role involves collaborating with a team of developers to create and implement software applications and components.
The position offers flexibility in working hours and the opportunity to work and learn with a team of world-class engineers and designers.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails and ReactJS, expertise in React Hooks and UI Frameworks, and experience with Amazon Web Services.
Strong problem-solving skills, English communication skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements are essential for this role.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails framework.
3+ years of experience with ReactJS and its core principles.
Experience working on Web Applications like SaaS, focusing on React front-end components.
Familiarity with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux).
Expertise in React Hooks and UI Frameworks like BootStrap, ANT Design, Tailwind.
Extensive experience with Amazon Web Services.
Excellent English communication skills.
Experience with Relational and Non-Relational Databases.
Ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical requirements.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Full-time availability (40 hours/week).
