The company is seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Developer (Node/React) to join their dynamic development team.
This role is remote and based in Colombia, with a full-time, indefinite labor contract.
The developer will collaborate with clients, designers, and product managers to plan and implement new features for existing applications across multiple industries.
Responsibilities include designing software applications that meet client business needs, defining product vision and roadmap, developing new features, engaging in agile development processes, contributing to internal code reuse and open-source initiatives, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of professional software development experience.
Proficiency in Node.js, JavaScript, and React is required.
Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach to collaboration are essential.
Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver innovative solutions are necessary.
An entrepreneurial mindset and experience in building digital products are preferred.
English proficiency at a B2 advanced to C1 level is required.
Previous experience in a product company or SaaS is a plus.
